Class Descriptions
Parent Child Classes
This class is for children ages 12 months to 3 1/2 years old. It’s a
parent and toddler interactive class promoting the bond between the
parent and child. Parents come onto the floor with their child and
participate in class. These classes consist of large & small motor
development, socializing, singing, hand eye coordination, climbing,
jumping, pit and lots of fun.
Pre- school Classes
This class is independent of the parent. Children (co-ed, ages 3 & 4)
experience gymnastics through obstacle course activities on tumbling,
uneven parallel bars, balance beams, tumble trak and pit. Each class
begins with a group warm up and stretch time followed by the obsta-
cle course activity and then finishes with a good bye song.
Tumbling Classes
This coed class is for ages 5 & up. It focuses on tumbling skills only.
Each class is divided by ability level. Progressions are learned at each
level to insure safety. Skills learned range from forward rolls, back-
ward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, hand springs, and somersaults.
Recreational Classes
Levels 1-4 for Girls and Boys
These classes are for girls ages 5-15 and boys ages 5-12. The rec-
reational class is a progressive program that follows USA Gymnastics
guidelines. Students start at Level 1 and progress up to Level 4. Each
Level focuses on skill attainment as well as strength, flexibility and
coordination.
Competitive Teams
We are very proud of our girls and boys competitive teams. We travel
throughout Georgia and Florida and compete against other teams
from across the state. We compete per USA Gymnastics guidelines
and have competed at many local, state, regional and national cham-
pionships. Gymnastics team is by invitation only.
